Maurizio Guerrero

Maurizio Guerrero is in charge of developing the Spanish-language content for the Partnership. He has brought extensive experience as an award-winning journalist and writer. For ten years, he was the bureau chief in New York and the United Nations of the then-largest newswire agency in Latin America. Since 2018 and before joining the Partnership, he worked as an investigative journalist for progressive media outlets in New York, the United States, Europe and Mexico.

Maurizio holds a Master of Arts degree in Liberal Studies, concentrating on Latin America, Caribbean and US Latinx Studies, at the City University of New York (CUNY). He also enjoys reading and writing fiction and has published two collections of short stories in Mexico.
