Lynn Galligan works together with senior leadership teams to advance the organization’s goals and mission through recruiting and retention strategies. Her work focuses on the development and administration of human resource programs including compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance and talent management, and workplace culture. Lynn develops and implements policies, processes, training and initiatives to support the organization’s human resource compliance and strategy needs.
Lynn received a Bachelor of Arts degree in international studies from Montclair State University and human resource certifications from the Human Resource Certification Institute and the Society for Human Resource Management.
