Elizabeth Mustacchio, M.B.A.

Elizabeth Mustacchio is responsible for managing administrative aspects of the organization’s helpline operations, which includes staffing assignments, maintenance and monitoring of all staff schedules and attendance records. In addition, she manages onboarding and ongoing training in standard operating procedures for all helpline specialists, provides support for the helpline supervisory team, and reports on data/metrics for all Family Services programs.

Elizabeth is a graduate of Wagner College with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in business marketing. She also holds a Master’s of Business Administration in business management from Wagner College.
