Amanda Sy (she/her) works on the Family Services Operations team as a Program Associate. Alongside supporting departmental projects, she’s involved in other teams to help develop the Partnership’s services, such as creating and editing content for automated messaging programs within the Help & Hope team, and wider organization efforts. She also assists the Helpline by coordinating schedules for the specialists, managing onboarding and training for new staff, facilitating workflow processes, and providing overall admin support.
Amanda received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington University in St. Louis where she majored in Global Health & Environment and minored in Psychology and Healthcare Management.
