Douglas Leu leads the organization’s product innovation and technology initiatives. He works to increase our family ratios, remove technology as a barrier when communicating with families and extend the window of opportunity to help those who connect with the Partnership.
Previously, Doug worked for over 30 years building mission-critical software applications in the for-profit sector. Doug has a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the University of Dayton and a Master of Science degree in engineering management from Santa Clara University. He resides in New Jersey with his family. Originally from Cleveland, Doug is proud to be a long-suffering fan of his Browns and Indians.
