Our partner programs connect the essential efforts of local organizations and volunteers to science-based resources that can help families. Whether convening community partners or assembling a corps of volunteer parent coaches and advocates, our strength as a national organization helps us unite and lift up those working to reach families in their own communities.
We work to help the helpers, that is, to strengthen the networks that support those with addiction. These helpers include care providers, family members, state and local healthcare systems, and nonprofit organizations.

Community Partners Network (CPN) helps end addiction in the United States by bringing together partners from every community to exchange ideas and spark opportunities for impact. We provide CPN members with trusted, expert information and collaborate to create more resources to prevent and treat addiction.
Shaping public policy requires the testimony and activism of those impacted by addiction. Our grassroots network of advocates gives voice to constituents all 50 states and continues to grow. Additionally, we are active participants in and conveners of coalitions and alliances throughout the healthcare sector, informing policymakers on all facets of how addiction affects American families.
Our parent coach program offers peer-to-peer, parent-to-parent coaching to families who are currently struggling with a loved one’s substance use. We welcome volunteers with lived experience from all over the United States to complete parent coach training and connect with families who need help.
