Denise Young Farrell

Denise Young Farrell is responsible for overseeing editorial and content development for Partnership to End Addiction. Her communications career includes leadership positions in public health and corporate social responsibility. Previously, she was Director of Communications and Strategic Partnerships at the New York State Diabetes Campaign, managing content strategy and development in support of a statewide effort to improve health care and health outcomes for New Yorkers with diabetes. At Lifetime Television, Denise served as Director of Public Affairs, leading cross-departmental teams in development of award-winning public advocacy campaigns focused on ending violence against women, breast cancer awareness and women’s leadership. She also managed public relations initiatives for several health care and consumer clients at advertising/PR agencies in New York City, Washington, D.C., and Columbus, Ohio. Denise received a Bachelor of Science degree in communications from Ohio University.
