David Sheff, journalist and The New York Times best-selling author of “Beautiful Boy” and “Clean,” was our guest host for our very first Facebook Live Thursday, June 16. He shared his personal story of being the father of a child who has struggled with substance use, read an excerpt from his book, and answered our community’s questions.

David is a longtime friend of the Partnership and a champion to many of the families we work with each and every day. His book, “Beautiful Boy: A Father’s Journey Through His Son’s Addiction” is a must-read for any parent. Production for a 2018 film adaptation of the book is underway and will star Steve Carell, Timothee Chalamet, Amy Ryan and Maura Tierney.
