Partnership to End Addiction is proud to partner with Google and SAFE Project on a new resource for military families to prevent or address their child’s substance use.
Frequent relocations, family deployments and injuries suffered in the line of duty can put military children at an increased risk for substance use. As part of their new Serving Veterans site, Google highlights a guide from Partnership to End Addiction and SAFE Project to help military families support their children and address drug and alcohol use.
“Every person serving in the military has a unique experience, as does every family who is dealing with substance use,” said Marcia Lee Taylor, Chief External and Government Relations Officer at Partnership to End Addiction. “We’re proud to offer this resource and others to help forge connection and let military families know they are not alone. We thank Google for the opportunity to be part of this effort to help military families who sacrifice so much for our country.”
