The American Legacy Foundation is offering grants of up to $100,000 to support new tobacco-control campaigns and research.
Applications for the Small Innovative Grants program are accepted on an ongoing basis; awardees can receive up to $100,000 in first-year funding and up to 50 percent of the initial award amount in second-year grants.
Nonprofits and government agencies based in the District of Columbia or the 46 states and five territories that were party to the 1998 nationwide tobacco settlement may apply for funding.
